With more than 30 years in manufacturing and supply chain, Trina has a deep passion for improving processes—but an even bigger passion for developing people and creating truly inclusive environments where everyone can thrive. She’s known for her practical, down‑to‑earth coaching style and her ability to help teams turn challenges into opportunities for learning and growth. Trina lives in Davidson, North Carolina, with her wife, Kimberly. They share a blended family of five grown kids—now living in Colorado and Arizona—and they’re proud grandparents who love staying connected across the miles.
